Hemmelrath Technologies is a process innovator in the field of paste production for paint and varnish manufacturing based in Erlenbach am Main. In addition to the production hall, the new modular factory (MOFA) also includes office and storage space. The design and material concept was consistently aimed at a resource-saving and sustainable construction method. The supporting structures and wall formations of the halls were realized in timber construction.
Design & Build
In this project, HESS TIMBER was entrusted with the tasks of structural design, execution and detail planning, work and assembly planning as well as project management and assembly of the entire timber construction. Around 180 m³ of glulam and 4,200 m² of Cross laminated timber were used in the building.
