Switzerland’s first timber hybrid high-rise was built in Risch-Rotkreuz in 2018. The base and access core of the building by Burkard Meyer Architekten, which is used as an office, are made of concrete, while the rest of the 36-metre-high, 10-storey building is a timber hybrid construction.
