Installation Manager - Full Time (m/f/x)

We have an opportunity for a driven individual in the role of Installation Manager. This role will cover the oversight of the construction phase installation works of our UK projects. The successful applicant will be supported by a UK based pre-construction manager, a UK based commercial manager, a Germany based Project manager and a wider team of CAD operatives, structural engineers, logistics personnel etc. The role will include regular travel and overnight stays.

THE TASK

• Compilation of method statements, risk assessments and lift plans
• Oversight of subcontracted installation company
• day to day site level client contact (pre-start meeting, progress meeting, etc.)
• Health and Safety on site
• Quality Management on site
• Inspections and handovers
• Identification of site-based variations and extensions of time

YOUR PROFILE

• SMSTS 
• CSCS
• Experience with installation of glulam and CLT products
• Experience with construction contracting
• Competent IT skills
• Appointed person (crane lift plans)
• Temporary works coordinator (TWC)
