The earlier we as a timber construction company are involved in the planning of construction projects, the better. This allows us to develop tailor-made solutions to optimize costs and resources together with those involved in the project. In addition to pure timber construction solutions, we also deal with hybrid timber-steel constructions or timber-concrete composite constructions (HBV). ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Our highly efficient structural engineering and design department develops economical, technically sophisticated and architecturally sophisticated solutions – from structural design to execution statics. Our engineers work consistently in three dimensions with CAD programs such as Rhino, cadwork and bocad, relying on standardization and optimized workflows for maximum quality and efficiency in planning.
As BIM experts, we support customers with different approaches and levels of integration. We adapt our standardized workflows to project-specific requirements and identify potential for optimization at an early stage.

Project management &
Site Management
Based on our many years of experience, we prioritize targeted project communication alongside professional, technical development. An experienced project manager acts as your central point of contact throughout the entire project phase. This ensures an efficient process – from timber construction planning, production and delivery through to installation on the construction site. Regardless of the size and complexity of the project, our project managers and site managers work together with the installation teams on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly and professionally.

Component delivery & transport logistics
We offer comprehensive expertise for efficient transportation – whether by road, rail or sea freight, as general cargo or break bulk cargo. In view of rising global transportation costs, careful transport and logistics planning is becoming increasingly important. This is because optimized logistics concepts can have a considerable impact on the profitability of the overall project. For this reason, we work closely with both internal and external logistics experts, who have been our reliable partners for many years.
We recommend including transportation planning in the overall planning as early as possible, as important milestones in the project can be derived from this.
