Industrial and commercial buildings, production facilities and logistics halls have been at the heart of timber engineering for decades. Since the 1950s, we have been building halls with large spans for a wide range of applications. Practical aspects such as cost-effectiveness and functionality are at the forefront. HESS LIMITLESS
Large spans are no problem for glulam. For very long glulam components, however, overseas projects or narrow construction site access routes can quickly come to an end.
HESS LIMITLESS offers the optimum solution
Glulam beams of any length are specially prefabricated at the factory and divided into short, manageable segments. The segmentation enables flexible, safe and economical transportation worldwide by truck or sea freight container. At the construction site, the partial segments are then glued together with the patented HESS LIMITLESS wedge joint system by our experienced assembly specialists and prepared ready for assembly.
