The DETAIL magazine published on its web portal a new article about the impressive project in Sydney: „Australiens erstes mehrgeschossiges Bürogebäude aus Holz (Australias first multi-storey office building made of timber)”

HESS TIMBER delivered the complete glulam timber construction (950 m³) for the seven-storey building. Production started in February 2016, then the glulam timber parts were shipped from March to June 2016

The project was also presented by Tim Butler (Lendlease Sydney) in the course of the International Wood Conference which took place in Garmisch on the 8th and 9th December 2016.

In 2016, the country's first commercial wooden multistorey office building was built in Sydney in the district of Barangaroo South. This project marks not only a milestone in the history of HESS TIMBER but also in the Australian construction industry. The foundation for a trend-setting and novel way of building in the urban context was created.
