9news reports on „International House Sydney“

On 08th of september 2016 channel 9, one of the main commercial TV stations in Australia, reported in the 9news on the construction progress of the”International House Sydney”. The project is the first engineered commercial office building in Australia constructed from timber for which HESS TIMBER delivered the glulam timber construction.

In this news report the complex glulam construction is shown as well as the composite beams especially developed by HESS TIMBER. This product innovation enabled for the first time large openings in a glulam beam without losing load-bearing capacity or clear height and furthermore no need of further reinforcement.
