Glued laminated timber bow string roof trusses with a chord length of about 390 cm and an arc length outside of about 452 cm. The individual bow ties have a width of 8 - 9.5 cm, a height of 16 - 20 cm and an inside radius of 129.8 cm.

The museum of the Fondation Louis Vuitton was opened in October 2014. The famous architect Frank Gehry designed the building, that essentially consists of 12 “canvas” made of glass, steal and timber. HESS TIMBER delivered the timber construction for this unique building.

International House Sydney
