Details

42 free-formed glued laminated glulam hybrid beams. The columns are up to 26 meters long and have a cross section of 240 x 2000/1000 mm.

Museum Fondation Louis Vuitton

Timber architecture in highest perfection

The museum of the Fondation Louis Vuitton was opened in October 2014. The famous architect Frank Gehry designed the building, that essentially consists of 12 “canvas” made of glass, steal and timber. HESS TIMBER delivered the timber construction for this unique building.

International House Sydney
